To participate in Apple Blossom Candles Affiliate Program, you must be approved by the owner of Apple Blossom Candles. All affilates, after being approved, are eligible to participate in our Affiliate program. Participation in our affiliate program is subject to review by Apple Blossom Candles and affiliate referral rights may be revoked at anytime without any notice. Participation may be terminated if we determine that your site is not family friendly. Sites that are excluded from our program include: Illegal activities, Sexually explicit materials, Violence, and/or Discrimination. Under no circumstances shall our affiliate links be placed on sites not that are not preregistered with Apple Blossom Candles. All orders are subject to our affiliate program unless otherwise noted via website,email, mail, telephone, etc. We reserve the right to not pay out on any type of special promotions, sales, samples, or discounts including custom ordering, favors, and fundraisers. Note...Wholesale prices are NOT subject to affiliate commissions. Also note that if you are a wholesale customer, you are not eligible to be an Independent Affiliate, and if you are an Independent Affiliate and wish to become a wholesale account, you must deactivate your Independent Affiliate status with us. You will receive payment once the transaction has been fully completely meaning an order has been paid, processed, and shipped. We will pay out Bi-Monthly if your fees are $5.00 or more. We will pay your referral fees via paypal to the address you provide to us or you may request a check via mail. You will earn 20% of the referred sales before tax and shipping. In order to receive referral credit, a customer must go through your website and link to place an order. If a customer happens to go through your site, and leave, only to come back 10 days later through another site...you are not entitled to referral fees. We do have in place cookies that will track when a customer does come back through, and if it has been within 5 days, you will receive credit for such order. Customers who buy products through our affiliate program are customers of Apple Blossom Candles. We reserve the right to contact customers via email, mail, or telephone. We will not sell nor violate the customers privacy. Referred customers will have the same customer service and policies as non referred customers. We will make available to you graphic images that you may place on your approved website along with a special link created for you. We ask that you please indentify yourself as an affiliate and not an employee, representative, etc of our company. You may not make changes to any image that have been provided to you by Apple Blossom Candles. You will be responsible for the upkeep, operation, and contents of your site. We hold no responsibilty when it comes to your site and the contents on said site. You will hold Apple Blossom Candles harmless from all claims, damages, and expenses relating to the upkeep, operation, and contents of your site. This agreement will begin once we have accepted your site into our affiliate program and will end when either part decides to terminate affiliation. You or Apple Blossom Candles may terminate said affiliation at any time by giving the other party written notice of termination. Upon the termination, no matter what the reason, you will immediately remove from your site all information linking Apple Blossom candles to your site and cease the promotion of Apple BLossom Candles. Referral fees will be paid if transactions had been completed before termination. We will not pay out referral fees on orders completed after termination of Affiliation. You are an independent affiliate and nothing in this agreement will create any type of partnership, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Apple Blossom Candles. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers nor do you have any authority to act on Apple Blossom Candles behalf. You will be responsible for claiming income generated by this affiliation to the appropraite tax boroughs including the Federal Government, State Governemt, and City Government. Apple Blossom Candles will have no responsibility in doing so nor we will accept any responsibility if you do not file appropriate taxes. Apple Blossom Candles will not be liable for damages arising in connection with this agreement or the program. Further, our liability to you with respect to this agreement and our affiliation program, will not exceed the total referral fees paid or due to be paid to you under this agreement. We make no express or implied warranties with respect to our Affiliate Program or any products sold through our Affiliate Program . We cannot be held responsible if the operation of our site becomes interrupted or has an error. We reserve the right to make any changes needed to this agreement at any time. We will notify you of said changes or additions via email or mail. At time of change, you may make the decision to continue to be part of Apple Blossom Candles Affiliation program or you may in writing terminate affiliation. This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Bethlehem, PA. Please note....That we are NOT a direct sales/home party plan. We do not offer any type of consultant program. We are a basic affiliate program. BY FILLING THIS FORM OUT...YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. *PLEASE NOTE...WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW AFFILIATES AT THIS TIME!*
